Cody Watson is BIAS Lab's owner and lead consultant. He holds a Ph.D. from the College of William & Mary, specializing in deep learning applications to software engineering. Cody is an expert in the field of artificial intelligence and its practical applications.

After completing his doctoral studies, Cody took a position at Washington and Lee University as an assistant professor of computer science where he continues his research of machine learning and AI. Throughout his career, he has published several papers at highly regarded conferences and journals, applying machine learning methods to a variety of complex problems. His research has covered diverse areas and he continues to pursue interdisciplinary areas of inquiry.
